The company manages the mining, sales, and logistics of the Zuun Khushuut and Zuun Dalan coal mines
The company was established in 2004 as a Vale S.A. (Brazil) subsidiary and acquired by Cosmo Coal LLC in 2013. The company manages two coal projects: Zuun Khushuut of high-quality coking coal and Zuun Dalan thermal coal. In recent years mining and exporting of the mines are expanding to become mines of significant scale with washing plants.
